Hey Guys is a product design partner for fintech teams building in and entering emerging markets.

We help teams improve the moments that determine whether users continue, hesitate, transact, or drop off.

Our work focuses on complex financial journeys such as onboarding, payments, wallets, remittance, authentication, and investment experiences, where trust, clarity, and real-world behaviour directly impact growth.

Working in emerging markets has shaped how we think about product design. Factors like connectivity, device access, financial literacy, trust signals, and perceived risk all influence whether users complete key actions.

We partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to simplify complexity, improve completion, and design products people trust enough to use.
