Andre Poloczek

Andre Poloczek has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple companies. Andre started their career at Kapten & Son in 2015, working in operations. Andre then transitioned to a role in business development in 2019. In 2020, Andre joined Hey Marly as an operations manager and eventually became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2023.

Andre Poloczek attended Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in BWL.
