Sandy Connery

Sandy Connery has a wealth of experience in the field of pedorthics. Sandy began their career in 1991 as a Clinical Pedorthist at Pedorthic Services, where they performed lower limb assessments for referred clients and advised on footwear and custom orthotics. In 1998, Connery was elected as President of the Pedorthic Association of Canada, and in 2001 they were appointed Past Chair of the College of Pedorthics of Canada. That same year, Connery became President of FootHealth Centre & New Balance Calgary, where they were responsible for the growth of sales for the retail footwear store and pedorthic clinic. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Certified Pedorthist (C) at Cadence Craft Orthotics at Calgary Sport Health & Performance. Most recently, Connery has been Co-Founder and CMO of Marvelous since 2015.

Sandy Connery has a diverse educational background. Sandy obtained their High School Diploma from Central Memorial in 1986-1987. Sandy then attended the University of Waterloo, where they graduated with a BSc in Kinesiology in 1991. In 1994, they completed a C Ped (C) from the College of Pedorthics of Canada in the field of Pedorthics. From 2012-2014, Sandy attended the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to pursue a degree in Holistic Nutrition. In 2013-2014, they also attended The Foundation. Lastly, they have a Certified Pedorthist (C) certification from the College of Pedorthic of Canada.
