Phu Bui

Phu Bui has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and IT operations. Phu began their career at Freedman International as a Systems Support Engineer, where they provided 1st and 2nd line IT support, diagnosed and resolved software and hardware issues, and managed systems documentation. Phu then joined SunGard as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, responding to customer service requests, supporting desktop and server environments, and assisting with backup and monitoring tasks.

Phu's next role was at Leo Tech Services as an IT Operations Engineer, where they handled various IT operational tasks and responsibilities. Phu then joined Elemental Concept as a DevOps Engineer, where they gained experience in designing and implementing DevOps practices. At Elliptic, Phu worked as a DevOps Engineer and was responsible for enabling development and test environments, building a CD framework, integrating automated testing, researching new technologies, and ensuring performance and stability through logging and monitoring.

Currently, Phu is working at Semble as a DevOps & Infrastructure Lead, where they are leading the DevOps and infrastructure initiatives. Their role involves making architectural decisions, researching and recommending new technologies, and driving the use of logging, monitoring, and analytics.
