HeyEla is Switzerland's first AI governance platform — built for boards of directors, executive teams and committees who want to turn their meetings into decisions, minutes and workflows.

We support Swiss boards across the entire meeting cycle: recording → AI-generated minutes → review in the editor → export in your corporate design → digital signature → secure filing in the document hub → preparation of the next meeting. All on Swiss-hosted infrastructure, compliant with FADP, GDPR and FINMA Circular 2008/7.

What HeyEla does for you:

- Structured AI minutes from your meetings — with Swiss German recognition, agenda structure and decision capture.

- Export in your corporate design — minutes as DOCX or PDF in your own templates, ready to send.

- Document hub for all your board materials — secure, searchable, hosted on Swiss servers.

- Task & decision tracking — from every meeting, assigned and followed through to the next session.

- Multi-organisation — one login for all your mandates. Seamless switching between mandates, boards and committees.

More than a tool — an AI agent for your board:

HeyEla is not just software with AI features, but an intelligent assistant that actively works alongside you: documents are automatically processed and routed, open tasks from previous meetings are surfaced for the next agenda, and questions across all your board documents are answered in seconds.

Hosted with ISO 27001 & ISO 9001 certified Swiss partners. All data stays in Switzerland.
