Jule Reich

Jule Reich is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Head of People at Heyflow since January 2022, Jule oversees various aspects of human resources including recruiting, employer branding, and HR development. Previously, Jule held the position of Recruiting & Culture Lead at TechRock, managing all HR functions as the third official employee of the company. Jule also served as a Senior Recruiter at Finanzcheck.de, focusing on IT hiring management, and has expertise as a Recruiting Expert at better ventures group, as well as leading recruitment efforts for engineering and tech at ALTEN Technology. Jule began a career in recruitment as a Sourcing Manager at Goodgame Studios and has worked as a research consultant at Beutler Saghari & Partner, SearchConsult GmbH, and FabryExecutiveConsultants GmbH. Jule holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management & Economics from Ruhr University Bochum.
