Andy Schrempp is a software engineering leader with extensive experience in building and guiding high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Currently, they serve as a Senior Engineering Manager at Heyflow, following their role as Head of Engineering at Sastrify. Previously, Andy held leadership positions at Tipico Technology Services GmbH and Inxmail GmbH, among others. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from DHBW Karlsruhe, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Passionate about fostering a people-centric culture, Andy is dedicated to driving business success through collaboration and continuous improvement.
