There's a moment every I/DD agency director dreads: a 2am call from an on-site staffer, a resident in distress, and the slow realization that this system — overnight staff in every home, every night — isn't sustainable.

Heylo was built to end that moment.

We're a purpose-built remote support platform for I/DD agencies. Our technology lets one trained remote specialist monitor up to nine group homes overnight — with smart sensors, live video, and sub-60-second alert response. Residents are safer. Staff are better supported. And agencies running Heylo are saving tens of thousands of dollars per home, per year.

Because you shouldn't have to choose between great care and lower costs.
