Mike Bufano

Mike Bufano serves as President and CFO of League One Volleyball, the largest owner and operator of youth volleyball clubs in the United States, overseeing financial operations for both the Pro League and its clubs. Bufano holds a board position at Rowan, advising on strategic, financial, and fundraising initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Allbirds, where notable achievements included leading the company through a successful IPO and managing various functions including real estate, total rewards, and legal. Bufano founded Formidable Combination to provide interim CFO services and advisory projects and held significant leadership roles at Panera Bread, including Business Unit Head for Fresh Dough Manufacturing & Supply Chain, managing substantial profitability improvements.
