Maxime Dublanc has over 10 years of work experience. Maxime started their career in 2009 as a Lifeguard for Mairie Saint Jean de Luz. In 2011, they began working as a Junior Software Engineer for Amuse Vin and flirtymob.com. In 2013, they worked as a Junior Software Engineer for Akka Technologies and Capgemini. In 2014, they were a Software Engineer for Neomades. In 2015, they were a Software Engineer and Project Manager for IF Technologies. In 2017, they were a Freelance Software Engineer and Project Manager for Nidl Web. In 2019, they were a Senior Software Engineer for JURIACTES, where they designed and developed legal formalities entry forms modules, developed specific features, and performed periodic bugfixes, maintenance, and refactoring on the codebase. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer for HeyTeam - Onboarding & Employee Experience.

Maxime Dublanc obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from INGESUP between 2009 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Cantau High School in Anglet, France and obtained a French Baccalaureate in Sciences (HS Diploma) in Engineering Sciences from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Maxime has obtained several certifications, including a Scuba diver certification, Level 2 (Advanced Open Water PADI equivalent) from the FEDERATION FRANCAISE D'ETUDES ET DE SPORTS SOUS MARINS in November 2018, a National Certification in Water Safety and Rescue (BNSSA) from the Fédération Française de Sauvetage et de Secourisme in April 2009, and a First Aid with Teammates Certification (PSE 2), Level 2 from the Fédération Française de Sauvetage et de Secourisme in March 2009.
