Nathaniel Philippe

Nathaniel Philippe has been working in the field of work since 2004. Nathaniel began their career as a Marketing Intern at Euro RSCG in Barcelona. In 2007, they moved to Société Générale Asset Management as an Assistant Marketing. That same year, they also co-founded LeKiosque, a digital magazine service in France, and was Head of Content, Business Development & International. In 2017, they founded HeyTeam, a People Ops platform that streamlines the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. Currently, 20k people use the platform in several countries.

Nathaniel Philippe completed a Master in Marketing applied to High Tech, Industry and New Technologies at HEC Paris in 2009. From 2006 to 2007, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad de Belgrano, studying Marketing, Advertising, and Creativity. Nathaniel also obtained a Master (M2) Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 2002 and 2007, focusing on Business, Economics, and Management.
