Damien Boisel

Damien Boisel is the Group CEO of Heytens. They are an international senior executive with a track record across Europe and Asia, able to formulate growth strategies, build organizations, and lead diverse teams. They founded Homes-Up Greater China for ADEO (2008–2016) and later led Zodio (France–Spain–Italy) as General Manager (2016–2023), and served on the Supervisory Board of Alice Délice (2019–2023). Their earlier roles include Senior VP Strategy & Business Performance Development at B&Q China (2006–2008) and International Senior Business Analyst at Kingfisher (2005–2006); education includes an MA in Commercial Finance from ESCP (1993–1996) and programs at Monash University (2007) and the Stanford Center for Professional Development (2007; completed) with ongoing engagement since 2014.
