Heza Initiative is a youth-led organization committed to enhancing maternal, infant, young child, and adolescent health in Rwanda to contribute to achieving the SDGs. We empower women and young people through nutrition support, social behavior change (SBC), and public health research. We also work to reduce malnutrition and promote social well-being through evidence-based interventions and advocacy. At Heza, we believe in community-driven solutions that ensure healthier futures for mothers, children, and youth.
