Brad Ervin has extensive experience in maintenance and electrical work, currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent and Maintenance Excellence Lead at HF Sinclair since April 2007. Prior roles at HF Sinclair include Corporate EAM Specialist and various superintendent positions focused on training, quality assurance, specialty crafts, and planning and scheduling. Previous experience includes working as a Journeyman Wireman at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) from 1989 to 1997 and again from 2002 to 2007, as well as roles in telecommunications management and project management at USA Mobility and MCI Telecommunications Corporation. Brad Ervin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Gregory's University.
