Christian Lybbert is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, safety, and security. Currently serving as a Refinery Process Operator at HF Sinclair since February 2019, Christian monitors and controls unit operations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies. Prior experience includes roles at Savage Services as a Switchman/Locomotive Operator and Lead Safety Specialist, a Lead Water Transfer Specialist at JMAC Resources, and various security positions including Site Security Supervisor and Security Officer. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho and has demonstrated leadership and training skills throughout a career that includes instructional roles and sales expertise.
