Daniel Pehrson

Daniel Pehrson is an experienced professional in payment systems and strategy, currently serving as the Head of Payments & Payment Systems at HF Sinclair since March 2024. Previously, Pehrson held the position of Customer Engagement Director at Vindicia, where responsibilities included managing enterprise merchant relationships and developing educational resources on payment practices. At Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, Pehrson was the Head of Payment Strategy, overseeing payment partnerships and leading projects that resulted in significant cost savings and revenue increases. Earlier roles included Sr. Manager and Head of Payments at Alaska Airlines, and Director/Sr. Manager of Payments at Amtrak, where Pehrson managed substantial E-Commerce payments and improved payment card acceptance processes. Pehrson holds an MBA in Business Administration from Westminster University and dual BA degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Utah.
