Earl Espy

Earl Espy has extensive experience across various industries, including mining, livestock management, and operations training. Beginning as a ranch hand and haying hand between May 1975 and May 1982, Earl progressed to roles such as underground coal miner at RAG Shoshone Coal Company and Arch Coal, Inc., from 1992 to 2001. Transitioning into the oil sector, Earl has served as an Operations Training Supervisor at HF Sinclair (SWRC) since November 2002, after roles at Sinclair Oil that included Crude Unit Operations Trainer and Training Coordinator/Field Safety Advisor. Additional experience includes seasonal engineering equipment operation with the US Forest Service and a masonry laborer role at Cougar Masonry. Earl holds a degree in Arc Welding from Western Wyoming Community College and has further education from the University of Wyoming.
