Erwin Rommel

Erwin Rommel has extensive experience in operations within the industrial sector, currently serving as Lead Incident Investigator at HF Sinclair since December 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing process unit upsets and directing the development of Outside Operators. Prior to this role, Erwin held similar positions at Shell from June 2001 to October 2021, building expertise in process operations and equipment management.
