Jason Brack Ms

Jason Brack, MS, SPHR, currently serves as the Site Human Resources Manager at HF Sinclair since August 2022, overseeing comprehensive HR functions within a unionized environment. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Regional Human Resources Manager for Cargill, managing HR operations for a Kansas plant and corporate office. At Spirit AeroSystems, Jason worked as a Senior Global Human Resources Manager, supporting senior leadership and overseeing HR needs for a large employee base. Jason's extensive experience also includes significant roles at Caterpillar Inc., where Jason functioned as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant, advising executives on organizational development and talent management. Jason holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, alongside various certifications in Change Management, Organizational Design, and SPHR from recognized institutions.
