Lacy M.

Lacy M. has extensive experience in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management at HF Sinclair since March 2022. Prior to this role, Lacy held various positions at HollyFrontier, including Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, as well as managerial roles in corporate HR and compliance. Lacy's career in human resources began at Express Scripts, where Lacy worked as an Associate in Human Resources from 2007 to 2013. Lacy holds a law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas State University.
