Leanne Cleland, P.Eng, currently serves as Vice President of Base Oils at HF Sinclair since August 2023. Prior to this role, Leanne held the position of Director of Base Oil Sales at HollyFrontier from July 2021 to September 2023. Leanne has extensive experience in operations and management from previous roles at Petro-Canada Lubricants and Suncor, where responsibilities included overseeing long-term contracts, optimizing refinery feedstocks, and conducting financial analyses. Leanne earned a Bachelor of Engineering and Management degree in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University between 1996 and 2001.
