Lee Jackson has extensive experience in the marine transportation industry, having served as a Senior Marine Inspector for the U.S. Coast Guard from February 1989 to April 2000. Following this role, Lee held various positions at Valero Energy Corporation, including Director of Marine Assurance and Director of Chartering and Freight Trading, from July 2005 to January 2016. Currently, Lee is the Director of Marine Transportation at HF Sinclair, a position held since August 2021. Lee's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
