Mark Vining

Mark Vining is an experienced corporate consultant and director with a diverse background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Corporate RBI Consultant at HF Sinclair since January 2024, Mark drives a fleet-wide RBI initiative. Previously, as AIMS Director at MISTRAS Group, Inc. from August 2013 to April 2024, Mark oversaw the implementation and service quality of PCMS/RBI software. Mark's leadership includes managing operations for Intertek AIM Services, where responsibilities spanned multiple locations and client relations. Additional roles at Sunoco involved mechanical integrity management, where Mark contributed to significant capital projects and the development of reliability software. Mark's career began at CITGO Petroleum and includes positions such as Authorized Inspector at Hartford Steam Boiler and Area Inspector at Marathon Oil Company. Mark holds education from Camden County College.
