Rob Sibley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management systems and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Management Systems at HF Sinclair since June 2022, Rob leads the Management System and Global Quality Assurance teams. Prior to this role, Rob was a Senior Advisor in Management Systems at Petro-Canada Lubricants from August 2008 to November 2022, where responsibilities included sales management for white mineral oil and coordination of quality management strategies. Rob also held positions as Program Director and Senior Management Consultant and Trainer at IntellaQuest from December 2000 to August 2008. Rob holds a degree from Brock University, completed between 1991 and 1995.
