Roberto Molina

Roberto Molina is an experienced professional in reliability and maintenance management with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Reliability & Inspection Manager at HF Sinclair since April 2022, Roberto leads initiatives to enhance mechanical integrity and compliance across various critical assets. Prior to this role, Roberto held management positions at Par Pacific Holdings, Inc. and heritage - Crystal Clean, overseeing maintenance functions and reliability engineering while coordinating with multiple departments. With a diverse experience that includes roles such as Reliability Superintendent at Par Hawaii Refinery and Global COE Reliability Engineer at Celanese, Roberto has developed and executed reliability improvement initiatives utilizing analytical tools and methodologies. Roberto's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cuba, complemented by a technical degree as a Journeymen Electrician.
