Prior to joining HF Sinclair, Scott worked at Sunoco Refining & Marketing from September 2001 to October 2009, where positions included Sr. Rail Economics Analyst and Transportation Economics & Rates Administrator. Scott Harding earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Penn State University between 1996 and 2000.
