Stanford L. serves as the Health and Safety Compliance Assurance Manager at HF Sinclair Corporation since April 2020, focusing on the development and implementation of assurance processes, guidance documents, tools, and performance metrics to ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Prior experience includes roles in Health and Safety Assurance at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and Andeavor from October 2018 to April 2020 and August 2017 to October 2018, respectively. Stanford also contributed to EHS assurance processes at Tesoro Corporation from February 2016 to August 2017, overseeing health and safety auditing and performance metrics. An Environmental Science Officer in the US Army from October 1986 to July 2015, Stanford holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Environmental Health from Memphis State University.
