Stephen Blankenship

Stephen Blankenship is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network management and operations. Currently serving as Network Manager and Regional Manager of IT Site Operations at HF Sinclair since July 2018, Stephen oversees daily operations and manages project implementations for multiple refineries and midstream networks. Previous roles include Network Engineer, where maintenance of network infrastructure for the Cheyenne Refinery was key, and positions at The TJX Companies, Inc. and EchoStar Satellite Services LLC, where Stephen contributed to network planning and system administration. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information Technology with a focus on Information Assurance and Security from Capella University and Bachelor's and Associate's degrees in Biology from the University of Wyoming and Colby Community College, respectively.
