Brittney Kothmann

Brittney Kothmann is currently the Director of Capital Markets Data Optimization at JLL, where they strategically analyze business workflows and oversee data integrity initiatives. With a strong background in human resources and business operations, Brittney has previously held roles such as Vice President of Market Operations and Manager of Market Operations at HFF, demonstrating expertise in team management, budget oversight, and employee relations. They began their career as a Client Services Assistant at CBRE and later became a Client Services Coordinator, further honing their skills in marketing and operational support. Brittney is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University-San Bernardino and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
