Chris Gerard is a Senior Managing Director at HFF, based in the Dallas office, where they execute retail investment sales across Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Since 2006, Chris has directed the sale of over 31 million square feet of retail properties, valued at more than $6 billion, handling notable transactions exceeding $100 million. Prior to joining HFF in 2019, Chris spent 13 years at CBRE as a Senior Vice President, co-leading the Texas retail investment sales team, and gained further experience through roles in retail acquisitions and development at Archon Group. Chris is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University.
