Doug Childers

Doug Childers is the Senior Managing Director and co-Head of the Affordable Housing Platform at JLL, where they focus on multi-housing transactions with affordable housing restrictions. Over the past three years, their team has been involved in the disposition of over $5 billion in affordable housing assets, leveraging an extensive database of case studies for accurate asset valuation. Previously, Doug served as Managing Director at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and Associate Director in the Affordable Housing Group at Apartment Realty Advisors. Doug earned a BBA in Economics from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business from 1999 to 2003.
