Tom Brook

Tom Brook has extensive experience in the real estate sector, beginning with internships at DTZ and M&G Real Estate in 2005 and 2006, respectively. After graduating with a First Class Honours BSc in Land Management from the University of Reading in 2007, Tom served as a Graduate Surveyor at Knight Frank, focusing on hotel investment, valuation, and commercial real estate. From 2010 to 2017, Tom held the position of Director in CBRE's Central London Capital Markets team, specializing in commercial property transactions. Since 2017, Tom has worked with HFF, eventually becoming a Senior Director, and continues to hold a role at JLL following its acquisition of HFF in 2019, where Tom focuses on real estate debt and structured finance.
