Trey Morsbach is an Executive Managing Director and Debt Platform Leader at JLL, where they have been a prominent member of the Capital Markets Executive Committee since its inception. With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and investment sales, Trey has originated individual and portfolio debt and equity transactions across the United States, completing more than $35 billion in transactions during their tenure. Trey joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and continues to excel in executing construction, portfolio, and equity/joint venture transactions. Trey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University, where they are currently enrolled.
