HfH Supportive Housing provides safe, affordable homes for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, as well as low-income seniors and those with disabilities across Brevard and Volusia Counties. Through new development and the rehabilitation of distressed properties, we deliver permanent housing solutions that reduce returns to homelessness, emergency service use, and involvement with crisis systems— improving outcomes to reduce homelessness while strengthening communities.
