Rob Bachula

Rob Bachula is the Vice President of Program Management at HFI, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Programs for Nissan at Faurecia and Director of Global Program Management at Fisher Dynamics. With extensive experience in program management across multiple companies, Rob has also worked as Platform Director at Lear Corporation and Program Manager at Rockwell International. They earned a Master of Science in General Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Administration from Western Michigan University.
