Steven Smith

Steven Smith is a Senior Team Lead currently working at HFI since 2025, with almost 20 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, primarily at Tier 1 supplier of Honda of Alabama. Steven spent 16 years in various supervisory roles, including Production Supervisor at Bridgewater Interiors and TS Tech Americas, where responsibilities included managing schedules, payroll, and production targets. Additionally, they have experience in Quality Control supervision and have been involved with ISO 9000 and 14001 standards. Steven is proficient in Microsoft Office and has maintained manpower levels for multiple assembly lines. They received their education at Crossville High School.
