Sean Hooker

Sean Hooker is the Head of Redress and Ombudsman Office at The Property Redress Scheme, where they lead a team responsible for resolving complaints and setting industry standards. Previously, Sean held various roles, including Mortgage Indemnity Claims Negotiator at Legal & General and Dispute Resolution Manager at my|deposits. They served as a Lib Dem Councillor for Barnet Council and were the Chair of the Liberal Democrats in Barnet. Sean is a qualified adjudicator (ACIArb) and a CEDR accredited mediator, with a Professional Award in Ombudsman and Complaints Handling Practice from Queen Margaret University and the Ombudsman Association.
