Robert Matitia

Robert Matitia is a seasoned financial professional and founder of RSMatitia CFO Group, LLC, established in August 2019, which specializes in financial, operational, strategic, and human capital consulting. With an extensive background, Robert has held significant roles including Chief Financial Officer at Menorah Park Center for Senior Living and Senior Manager of Accounting and Auditing at University Hospitals. Robert's career began at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Assurance and Advisory Business Services. An active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Ohio Society of CPAs, Robert served as Director and Chair of the Certification Committee within HFMA. Robert holds an MBA and a Master of Accounting and Financial Information Systems from Cleveland State University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Education from Telshe College.
