Sara Smith

Sara Smith is an accomplished Executive Director at KPMG US, where involvement spans multiple leadership roles within the Advisory division since June 2014, including Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, and Manager, all focused on driving growth strategies, operational performance, and client partnerships. Additionally, Sara serves as Treasurer for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since June 2022, following a prior tenure as Program Committee Chair and Member from 2008 to 2015. Experience also includes a role as a Revenue Cycle Analyst at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and internships at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and DVFG Advisors. Sara holds a degree from Penn State University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
