Shane Baker currently serves as an Enterprise Services Specialist at the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since October 2019. Prior to that, Shane was a Team Lead and Senior Project Manager in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Recruiting at LaSalle Network from March 2015 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing the complete recruiting cycle, mentoring teammates, and developing targeted recruiting plans. Earlier experience includes the role of Athletic Supervisor and Facility Manager at Veterans Park District, overseeing athletic programs and facility operations, and a Graduate Assistant position at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, coordinating the tutor program for student-athletes. Shane holds a Master’s degree in Recreation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
