Laura Winfield

Laura Winfield has extensive experience in the care sector, currently serving as the Service Manager and Cluster Team Manager at Hft since September 2011. In this role, Laura is responsible for enhancing the candidate journey within the region, organizing recruitment events, and facilitating involvement of supported individuals in recruitment processes. Additionally, Laura has acted as a Care Certificate Coordinator, mentoring and assessing new support staff to ensure compliance with care standards. Previous roles include Supported Living Worker and Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse at Busybees from January 2007 to September 2011. Laura's educational background includes a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care and various NVQs in health and social care, as well as a Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
