Melissa Lawson

Melissa Lawson is an experienced leader in business development with over 25 years in the disability and social care fields. Having managed teams in both small and large not-for-profit organizations, they have demonstrated expertise as a strategic driver for growth and organizational change. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Hft, Melissa has previously held several key roles, including Interim Head of Business Development at The National Autistic Society and Direct Payments Project Manager at SPEAK OUT IN HOUNSLOW. They hold a 2:1 degree in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Portsmouth and have recently completed PRINCE2Agile certifications in Project Management.
