Stephen Bough

Stephen Bough is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director and CFO/COO at Hg since January 1998, Stephen also holds advisory roles at Rede Partners LLP and Asper Investment Management since January 2021 and May 2018, respectively. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Accountant at Prudential Assurance from September 1988 to December 1997, where Stephen began as an A Level Trainee Accountant and qualified in 1992. Education was completed at Haydon School from 1982 to 1988.
