Tara Johnson

Tara Johnson serves as the Chief People Officer at Hg, a leading private equity firm, since May 2023, where responsibilities include driving high performance through culture and engagement. Prior to this role, Tara was the HR Director at EQT Group, overseeing human resources for a large investment management firm, and served as Principal, Human Capital Business Partner at Apollo Global Management, managing the employee life cycle across multiple regions. Additional experience includes co-founding Body Bauble LLC and working as a consultant at Deloitte, focusing on organizational transformation.
