Michael Malone

Michael Malone is a relationship-based, mission-inspired leader currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS, Inc., where they create educational pathways and resources for 14,000 members. Previously, Michael held several key positions in higher education, including Class Dean at Columbia University and Managing Director of the Career Management Center at Kellogg School of Management. With extensive experience in career coaching, professional development, and organizational change, they also operate as a consultant through MFMalone Consulting. Michael's educational background includes a B.A. in History from Fordham University and an M.S. Ed in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
