hGears is one of the world's leading manufacturers of precision turned parts, drive components, gear kits and complex systems solutions.

Based in Italy, Germany and China, with a worldwide presence, hGears works together with its customers to develop and industrialize precision gears and components for automotive, motorcycle, power tools, outdoor products, e-bike and industrial applications.
hGears has been founded in 2015, when Herzog GmbH and mG miniGears SpA joined their forces to create a leading European provider in the drives technology area for small- to medium-sized gears and components.

Advanced Engineering
From concept to design, from manufacturing of prototypes to serial production, our engineering team works in close connection with our Customers to develop the right components specifically designed for the required application and to develop the most cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Technologies
hGears is one of the few companies worldwide capable of combining Machining and Powder Metal technologies for the manufacture of gears and components. The availability of two technologies, with a focus on middle to high volume production, and its international presence allow hGears to be the right partner for global players.

Quality
From the very first concept of the component in co-engineering with our Customers to project management, all the way to the production processes, assembly and functional tests: quality is a cultural mindset encompassing all of our departments and teams and adding value to our work and our products.
