David Pepper

David Pepper is an experienced professional with a robust background in employee wellbeing and organizational performance. Currently serving as the Director at KAYA Wellbeing index since September 2020, David focuses on enhancing individual employee wellbeing. Additionally, David holds the position of Director at PeopleFactor since May 2016 and serves as a Non-Executive Director at HGEM since September 2016. Previously, David was the People Director at La Tasca Restaurants from March 2011 to April 2016 and held the role of Marketing & Communications Director at the National Skills Academy for Hospitality from October 2008 to March 2011.
