Kyra Donnell

Kyra Donnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, specializing in munitions response and environmental projects. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at HydroGeoLogic, Inc. since April 2022, Kyra previously held the position of Military Munitions Response Program Manager at TLI Solutions, Inc. from February 2017 to May 2022. Kyra's expertise is further demonstrated through roles at CH2M HILL as Munitions Response Market Segment Lead, where responsibilities included business development and project management, and at URS Corporation as Senior Engineer and Project Manager. Kyra began a career in the US Army as a Sanitary Engineer/Preventive Medicine Officer, holding the rank of Captain from May 1987 to May 1993. Kyra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
