Raymond Bowman

Raymond Bowman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental services and proposal management. Since joining HydroGeoLogic, Inc. in September 2010, Raymond has served as the Principal Proposal Manager, focusing on producing high-quality responses for substantial contract proposals. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Environmental Services at Earth Resources Technology, overseeing operations across multiple states and managing a team of approximately 50 personnel, and as Deputy Director/Senior Environmental Scientist at Potomac-Hudson Engineering, Inc. Earlier in their career, Raymond held positions at Aarcher, Inc. and HydroGeoLogic, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed program management and environmental compliance assessments. Raymond holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University, a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geological Sciences from SUNY Geneseo.
