Earlier in their career, Raymond held positions at Aarcher, Inc. and HydroGeoLogic, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed program management and environmental compliance assessments. Raymond holds an MBA from Mount St. Mary's University, a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Geological Sciences from SUNY Geneseo.
