Michael Steffeck

Michael Steffeck has over 28 years of experience in the agricultural industry, with various roles in companies such as FMC Corporation, United Agri Products, Fuzion Technologies, LLC, Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, J.R. Simplot Company, CropLife America, and HGS BioScience. Michael has held roles as President & CEO, Vice President, Director of Commercial Operations & International Director, Director of Chemical Procurement, Regional Business Manager, Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Board Member. In their roles, they have successfully managed acquisitions, integration of companies, and led the creation of several business and strategy units, with responsibilities including leading product development, marketing, supply chain, regulatory strategy, and procurement.

Michael Steffeck earned their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from the University of Wisconsin River Falls in 1994. Michael then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Drake University from 1997 to 1999. In 2002, they completed the Executive Development Program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
